Carducci no.18, in the heart of the historic centre. Situated on the south side of the abovementioned square, it is considered, together with this ladder, the epicenter of the edified territory of the urban center.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The path of preservation of the Town Hall and of the opposite Piazza Carducci starts in 1982 with their inclusion in the list of the buildings subject to Art. 4 of the Law 01\/06\/1939 No.1089.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The architectural upgrading project focuses primarily on the external repainting of the building. The choice of the colours for a historical building is a restoration intervention that underlies a specific method approach. This restoration project has therefore achieved a balance among the <b>respect of the historical testimony<\/b>, seen as register of the change, the recovery of the monument image and the materic
