Pecorini\u201d with gym and adjoining <b>First Grade Secondary School \u201cE. Bentivoglio\u201d<\/b> is located in the urban centre of Gualtieri, a municipality bordering the Po river in the province of Reggio Emilia. The building is situated on the edge of the historical settlement.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Primary School \u201cA. Pecorini\u201d is a <b>cultural asset<\/b> under Art. 10, first subparagraph, and under Art. 12, first subparagraph, of the Italian Leg. Decr. No.42\/2004, as asset being \u201cwork of artist no longer living and being produced more than fifty years ago\u201d and for which the status of cultural property has not yet been verified (Art. 12, second subparagraph).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In this building the following interventions have been established, as they have been deemed effective and efficient for upgrading the energy efficiency of the school premises:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cover insulation<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Replacement of the primary and secondary school\u2019s joinery<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Installation of thermostatic valves on the school\u2019s radiators<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Replacement of external and
